- Check-in and check-out is 12.00 to 11.00 hrs. Early check-in & late check-out subject to availability.
- Guaranteed day use between 09.00 hrs 16.00 hrs will be charged at 50% of published tariff, subject to availability. Guaranteed late check-out beyond 16.00 hrs will be charged one nights' room rate.

- All meals will be served atthe main restaurant.
- Guests can choose from either fixed price meals or order from a selected menu. Fixed price meals are a choice of Indian vegetarian or non-vegetarian buffet / Set Menu. Menu choices range from European, Indian, and seafood specials.

| PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY |
- Payments may be made by VISA and MasterCard. Payments may also be made to our bank account in Trivandrum or by cheque payable at par / demand draft.
- For cancellations received 30 days or more 100% refund; 7 days or more 50% refund; lessthan 7 days in advance of arrival no refund.
- No refund for cancellations on bookings from 20 December '08 to 10 January '09.
